Nice to Meet you! I am the dynamo behind Strategic Meeting International! With over 25 years of crafting seamless events, my journey is a whirlwind of excitement and expertise. From rubbing shoulders with the Dalai Lama to wrangling speakers and attendees, I've seen it all!

My career path weaves through prestigious hotel directorships in San Francisco and Washington, D.C., leadership roles in non-profits, and dedicated service to the Parent Teacher Association in my community.

My secret sauce? Every event I touch bears the unmistakable imprint of YOU, allowing you to shine while I handle all the details!

A proud Wildcat from the University of Arizona with an MBA from the University of Phoenix, I live joyfully with my husband John, sons Ethan and Johnathan, and our canine companion Pixie Girl! (picture below and she has two different color eyes)

Leigh has planned meetings, conferences, reunions, golf tournament serving as a trusted liaison between her clients and vendors. She is masterful at navigating budgets, timelines, logistics, and registration and was seen walking the catwalk at a local Goodwill Fashion Show she helped produce. Her favorite event she’s managed so far has been the 2009 Half Smoke Challenge in Arlington, VA.

Leigh loves to get connected to her client’s mission and audience to help craft a special experience for attendees, going so far as negotiating special menus with caterers that tie in and amplify her client’s values. Leigh earned her bachelors in Communications & Events Management from George Mason University and holds a Certified Meeting Planner certification. She lives in Northern, VA with her husband Ryan, daughters Ryleigh and Madison, her dog Mason.

Brianna is originally from Boston, MA. She studied Public Relations and has a background in Hospitality Events. Brianna is committed to utilizing her skill set to ensure successful events by carrying the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does.

Brianna has a strong operations professional with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry. Highly skilled in Event Management, Sales, Social Media, and Communications.

Brianna enjoy exploring the DMV’s numerous parks and spend time with friends, family and baby boy and her two cats.
